The trace element zinc is a component of many of the body’s own enzymes and contributes to the maintenance of normal hair and nails. Biotin supports energy metabolism and contributes to the maintenance of normal hair and skin. It also contains copper, which contributes to hair pigmentation. The B vitamins complement and support each other’s functions; vitamins B1, B2, B6, B12, biotin, niacin, and pantothenic acid all contribute to energy metabolism. fitasin® Skin+Hair+Nails VITAL with zinc and 10 other vitamins and minerals therefore offers optimal nutritional supplementation.

Recommended intake
Take 2 capsules daily with sufficient liquid (e.g., 1 glass of water). Do not exceed the stated recommended daily intake.
Avoid taking other zinc-containing supplements. This product contains 700 µg of biotin per daily dose (2 capsules). If you are undergoing laboratory testing, you must inform your doctor or the laboratory staff that you are taking or have recently taken biotin, as biotin can affect the results of such tests.
